Initial Licensure

Reinstatement of a License
Reinstatement is the process by which a license is reactivated after it has lapsed. A license lapses the day after the date of expiration if the license has not been renewed prior to that date. Renewal of a Level I License through the Agency's Licensing Office
NOTE: The information, instructions and forms available on this page apply ONLY to educators licensed with a Level I endorsement and who are currently NOT working in a public school or school served by a local standards board (LSB) or regional standards board (RSB).
