  Licensing Regulations
The regulations governing the licensing of educators and the preparation of education professionals (Sections 5100-5900) are no longer part of the State Board of Education Manual of Rules and Practices. These rules now are under the purview of the Vermont Standards Board for Professional Educators (VSBPE).
