OVERVIEW

County Map of Vermont The General Educational Development (GED) tests include five exams that, when successfully passed, provide adults who did not finish high school with a second opportunity to earn a high school completion credential. Employers, the military, colleges and technical educators and institutions recognize and accept the GED. The tests are designed to measure and represent the knowledge, skills and understanding that current high school seniors learn from their high school education.

GED testing services (including study and tutorial assistance) are available throughout the state. Find the testing center nearest you by clicking on the county you live in on the map.
