GED RECORDS AND TRANSCRIPTS

| All GED records
are accessed through the Department of Education GED Office, which is open Monday
through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All original and duplicate certificates of
completion and official transcripts of test results are issued from this office.
Records go back to 1942 and include every person who has successfully completed the GED. |

Original Certificates
and Transcripts
A certificate of completion and a transcript (which includes individual test
scores) are issued at no charge when all five GED tests have been completed and passed.
Subsequent
Requests for Transcripts
When a certificate or transcript is lost or is required for proof of completion
by an employer, school, etc., additional or replacement copies will be issued for
a $3.00 fee per copy. To request an additional or replacement copy:
