MacIntosh Work-around MacIntosh users may not be able to use the pull-down menu on the FRONT PAGE tab to access their school name in the list. To generate charts for your school: 1. Open the Excel workbook (if it's not already open). 2. In the Excel toolbar, go to FORMAT, select SHEET, select UNHIDE 3. A pop-up menu will show a list of "hidden" tabs. Select LISTOFSCHOOLS (ListOfSchools) and click OK. 4. ListOfSchools now appears as a tab choice (probably to the far right of the file window). 5. Find your school name in the list. COPY it. 6. Go back to the FRONT PAGE tab and PASTE your school name into the cell where it says "Academy School". Once pasted, the data on the page should reflect the information for your school, as should the charts on subsequent tabs. NOTE: IF, for some reason, the data in the charts seems to be incorrect (i.e., not recording information that you know was collected or should be available), try deleting the apostrophe mark (circled below) that appears in front of your school name in the Excel window and see if that causes the "missing" data to appear.
