Each year, 25% or more of the NECAP reading, writing, mathematics & science test items will be released for professional development, program planning and communication with parents and community. Included are scoring rubrics, student work samples and other support materials. The following released test items are available:

Practice Tests & Resource Materials
These practice tests simulate one complete session of testing and include all the item types used on the NECAP tests. The resource materials provide specific information on each practice test item (e.g., item type, GLE assessed, total points and depth of knowledge). For 1, 2 and 4 point constructed response items, samples of student work at each score point level are included.

Administration Manuals & Workshop Materials
