Process for Reimbursement
- Software Eligibility Requirements

View a list of specific guidelines that have been issued to describe more clearly which software applications are eligible for reimbursement using the Software Vouchers. Please note that some software may be reimbursed through the General Vouchers if it is non-custom software used with the hardware acquired through the General Vouchers.

This table describes the step-by-step process Vermont supervisory unions/districts and/or schools must follow in order to receive reimbursement under this program.
- Obtaining Vouchers
Supervisory unions/districts and/or schools must use the “Voucher Request Form” to obtain vouchers from the Department of Education. Voucher request forms should be mailed to: Peter Drescher, Vermont Department of Education, 120 State Street, Montpelier, VT 05620-2501.
- Voucher Redemption Instructions
Once supervisory unions/districts receive vouchers, they must be completed with purchase information and mailed to the Settlement Administrator. This document provides instructions.
