		PROGRAMS & SERVICES: FEDERAL FISCAL SERVICES (Updated 6/6/07)     OVERVIEW       The department's federal fiscal services staff is responsible for monitoring and auditing all federal grants received through the department for compliance with administrative and financial statutes and regulations. Staff provide guidance and training on the administrative and record keeping requirements for federal grants as well as whether or not expenditures can be charged to a grant.
