Title IV Part A Waiver FY26

Under Ed-Flex authority granted to the Vermont Agency of Education by the U.S. Department of Education, Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) may request a waiver of one or more of the requirements under Title IV Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act; Section 4106(e)(2)(C), (D), and (E) and/or Section 4109(b). Waivers granted are applied to the LEA’s 2025-2026 Consolidated Federal Programs (CFP) application.
