Accessibility Guidelines and Resources
It is the policy of the Agency of Education and the State of Vermont to ensure that people with hearing, visual and other disabilities have equal access to public information that has been made available by the state on the internet. The State of Vermont aligns their accessibility policies and guidelines with federal accessibility requirements for information and communication technology covered by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. These guidelines are reflected in the design and creation of all official State of Vermont web-based information resources.
