Teaching Strategies GOLD Introductory Training (St. Albans)

Dates: September 15, 2018 and September 16, 2018

Introductory trainings are appropriate for new Teaching Strategies GOLD users.  Discover how to make the most of MyTeachingStrategies™ as you explore the Teach, Assess, Develop, Report, and Family areas. Learn to address the objectives for development and learning, conduct objective observations of children, determine what children know and can do, and use assessment information to plan developmentally appropriate experiences. Pyramid Model Training of Trainers: Modules 1-3 with Johanna Wasser

Location: Trader Duke’s Hotel, South Burlington, VT

Audience: Individuals who have current or recent experience in the early childhood field-training adults and knowledge of adult learning principles, coaching/mentoring, providing technical assistance and/or supervision.

Pyramid Model Practices support young children’s social and emotional skills and competence The Pyramid Model for Supporting Social Emotional Competence in Infants and Young Children to help early educators build skills for supporting nurturing and responsive caregiving, create learning environments, provide targeted social-emotional skills, and support children with challenging behavior.
