The proposed revised amendment of the State Board of Education Rule 2200 series includes Independent Schools, Private Education Programs (including Distance Learning Schools, Corrections Education, Tutorial Programs and Private Kindergarten Programs).

• Review the current Rule 2200 Series. 
• Review the proposed Rule 2200 Series.

Feedback and stakeholder input can be submitted to the State Board for review to SBE.PublicComment@vermont.gov. Please specify “SBE Rule 2200 Series” in the subject line of the email.

Two stakeholder meetings will be held to gather preliminary input on the proposed rules prior to finalizing a draft for public comment. The first meeting is listed below:
