The intent of this list is to assist school districts and independent schools when communicating about vaccination opportunities for the 5-11 age group.
The clinics listed below are school-based clinics offering the pediatric Pfizer vaccine. This is not a complete or exhaustive list of all places where the pediatric vaccine is being offered – other locations include pharmacies and community clinics. For a full list of available clinics, and to register, visit healthvermont.gov/MyVaccine.
Some of these clinics are only offering the pediatric vaccine, others may also have adult vaccine available.
