CACFP New Manager's Training

This training is a great opportunity for new directors, managers, cooks or any other CACFP staff to receive in depth training regarding CACFP. Participants will learn about recordkeeping, determining income eligibility, expense logs, claims submission, sponsorship responsibilities, menu planning, meal production records, portion size, meal service, basic kitchen, and food safety requirements. It is also a great refresher course for anyone who has participated in the program for many years. This training can count toward your annual training requirements.
