Integrated Field Review Reports

Each Integrated Field Review of a Local Education Agency (LEA) results in a final written report. The IFR team writes the report, containing findings, commendations and recommendations. The commendations and recommendations are LEA-wide. They serve as a signpost for what the LEA is doing well.

The commendations and recommendations fit into the five domains of the Vermont State Plan:

• Academic Proficiency: Curriculum Coordination, Instructional Practices, Local Assessment System and Proficiency-Based Learning (the 4 sub-domains).
• Personalization:  Personalized Learning Plans, Student Voice and Choice, Flexible Pathways, and Full Breadth of Courses.
• High-Quality Staffing:  Professional Development, Staff Evaluation, Staffing and Leadership.
• Safe, and Healthy Schools: Multi-Tiered System of Supports, Social/Emotional Health, Physical Well-Being and Physical Environment.
• Investment Priorities: Continuous Improvement Planning, Student Data System, Financial Alignment and Communication.
