Title I Eligibility Waiver Application FY26

Under its Ed-Flex authority, the Vermont Agency of Education is able to waive the ESEA Title IA eligibility section 1113 requirements for a school that meets the following criterion: The rate of students who are low-income is not more than ten percentage points below that of a Title I-eligible school in the LEA, not including those eligible by grandfathering. If waivers are sought for multiple schools, individual waiver applications must be submitted for each. If granted, waivers will apply for one year only.
