This memo is a notification that the Elementary and Secondary Schools Emergency Relief (ESSER) Fund Fiscal Year 2023 Annual Performance Report (APR) will open on March 15, 2024. These reporting requirements apply to all recipients of ESSER I, II and ARP ESSER funds and are part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act of 2020.

This memo is a notification of the Governor’s Emergency Education Relief (GEER) Fund Fiscal Year 2023 Annual Performance Report (APR) for Vermont recipients of GEER funds will open on March 15, 2024. In Vermont, GEER funds were made available to Career Technical Education (CTE) Centers (LEA or the Regional Technical Center School District). These reporting requirements are part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act of 2020.
