Audience: Pathway (D) Participants, New teachers to the State, Newly Licensed Teachers and Graduates, Special Education Endorsement Candidates, General Education Teachers, High School Special Education Teachers, Educational Support Teams (EST) Members, Evaluation Team Members, Related Service Providers, Interventionists 

Purpose: This training will focus on regulations and best practice related to Parent Participation in IEP Meeting and Parent Input. Participants will also review the Parent Involvement Survey and recent Vermont data related to the percentage of parents who report that the school facilitated parent involvement.

Purpose: Is there an IEP question that has you stumped? Do you need clarification on an IDEA Part B 619 rule? Are you looking for a helpful resource for staff new to ECSE? Katie McCarthy, Early Childhood Special Education Team Manager (IDEA B 619) and Amy Murphy, Early Education Inclusion Coordinator are available to answer questions from the ECSE Indicators to inclusion. Audience: Family Engagement Coordinators and Liaisons, School and District Administrators, Community Organization Personnel 

Purpose: Please save the dates for the Family Engagement Networking Series facilitated by the AOE Vermont Multi-Tiered System of Supports (VTmtss) Team. The sessions will focus on Family Engagement as a Strategy for Improving Belonging and Well-Being. These are informal, monthly one-hour virtual sessions for family engagement colleagues to connect, hear updates, learn of resources, share strategies, and discuss problems of practice regarding family engagement.
